This in partnership with regulators, investors, (institutional/ angel investors), private equity firms, farmers, cocoa Processing companies and the local farming communities, in creating sustainable wealth and employments for all.
This is a Private Equity service model for AAs Consulting and Associates, working with Active Capital Management in raising the require service and investment finance/funding, being convertible loan, debenture and or Equity financing for the target licensed cocoa buying companies, (with Cocoa board in Ghana), ivory coast, Cameron Nigeria, etc. focus in Africa) farmers with 1 archer farm land size of cocoa bearing trees. The business is in West Africa, centered in Ghana for the cocoa beans.
